Veladas is a Mexican/Californian artisan brand shaped by art, culture, psychedelia and the unexplored. What began with handcrafted treats has grown into original artwork, apparel and objects made with intention. Everything we create is rooted in craft and imagination—honoring the people, places and traditions that inspire us while creating something distinctly our own.
María Sabina holds a special place in the world that inspires Veladas. The Mazatec healer and poet became an enduring symbol of an ancient relationship between ceremony, nature and the unknown. Our work pays respect to her legacy and the culture she came from—not as something to imitate, but as something to acknowledge, learn from and honor.
